The class registration includes user friendly, informative, upbeat food safety & sanitation training, a class packet (which includes informational handouts and various learning aids), and exam proctor. Pens, pencils, and highlighters are also available for each student.
Class Materials- It is necessary that each student have a ServSafe Manager 6th Edition book (available in English, Spanish, Chinese, & Korean) for the class and the official ServSafe scantron exam answer sheet for the exam.
